Day 334

Ok so this art journaling that I want to attempt. Went to the art supply place today and got some gesso, water soluble crayons and paper. I haven't the slightest idea of what I'm doing but want to give it a try. Can't draw but they say you don't need to....It's kind of intimidating. I've been watching ustreams to get ideas so here we go. lol

Day 333

I've been tea dying some things. I'm making an art journal album and I wanted tea dyed pages. Since I was making a mess I dyed some tags and ribbon to make the crinkled ribbon that I like to use. Glimmer mist works really good on this ribbon too. Oh and I stained my fingers.

Day 332

About two weeks ago I told John I would make him his favorite peanut butter cookies and my chocolate chip cookies. Sunday he asked me why this stuff was on the counter. I told him it reminds me to make them. I guess it's not working:-)

Day 331

This is a project like many that I have been putting off. Needed to get my camera cards transferred to CD's and writing on the others dates and what event is in each one. It takes forever to do this so... since I'm always watching ustreams I can get it done then. Nothing like multitasking. lol I always say I'm going to keep it up but.....as you can see I never do.

Day 330

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around our house.

Day 329

Our dinner was very good. It took 2 hours to reheat the turkey so we still had the turkey smell in the house. Not sure if it was much easier but it was good. Then John said let's do the Christmas tree. His job is putting the lights on. I think he just wanted to get it over. I usually put it up the day after Thanksgiving but that's ok. More time to enjoy.

Day 328

We went and picked up our dinner for tomorrow minus the veggies, whip cream and my sweet potato. I hope it taste good.
