When I was going to get the mail I was thinking.... How long has it been since the post office actually delivered mail to my house. Well as good as I can remember it has been about 17 years. The good ole days. Oh well I guess I get more exercise except on days when I drive by it.
I still get mine at home. At least you have good weather for your walk. Mine is at the end of the driveway and in the winter when the snow is a foot deep a lot of times we just leave it there in the mailbox! LOL
We have the same kind of mailbox for the past 8 years. My neighbors will leave their mail in there for a week or so. I get my exercise by driving by to get it too. ;) Actually some days i walk down.
I have been watching the 365 blogs all year and got excited to try it for myself. I hope I can keep up with it each day. Not that my life is all that exciting....lol

ReplyDeleteI still get mail to my house but the centralized mail is something they seem to be doing more of here too.
