Day 89

Since I can't control myself as you can see from yesterday's post I need to resort to something. Exercise to me is very boring so I dug out the jump robe to spice it up. OK I will first do the bike then jump robe around my house. Maybe I should video the jump robe...lol... Just kidding.

    LOL.. I know exactly what you mean.. I keep telling Everett I am going to use the treadmill that I had him put in my front room. lol
