Day 104

If this kid looks familiar to you from another blog you are right. This is Bridget's son Dom. Her boys had track today so I went to watch them. (Maybe we talked more than watched) I had to laugh at the writing he has on his sweats... "God bod" Only Dom could get away with it.....

It's been along winter and I definitely needed a pedi. Getting ready for the summer sandals.

Day 102

Happy Birthday John....We left Mesquite this morning and drove to St. George to have breakfast at the Cracker Barrel. I think they have a great breakfast. Then of course since we were in St. George we drove over to Roberts and I had to do a little craft shopping. John spoils me. Then we came home and I baked the BD boy a cake.

Day 101

For John's BD tomorrow I decided to make reservations in Mesquite at the Casablanca Hotel and Casino. We were surprised at how nice the Hotel was and the pool area. Reminded us of our Hotel in Hawaii (tropical) when we got married. We had a nice dinner, lost some money playing poker. Had a couple drinks and listened to a band playing in the lounge area and called it a night. John said he had a good time.

Day 98

This is another dreaded machine in my house. I've been saying for the last 2 weeks I was going to shampoo my carpet in my bedroom. Well today I finally did it. John use to do it until I learned how. Something said about not knowing how to do something. I really don't mind since I don't work and have plenty of time.
