New Years Eve.... and Day 365
Jan and Kirk came over to eat and play a roll the pig game. After eating and talking so much we never got to the game. I actually stayed up late enough to see the fireworks on the TV of the strip. I'm usually asleep before the fireworks happen.
I can't believe that I made it to day 365 of the challenge. It was getting harder towards the end. Running out of pictures. Didn't think I would ever say that being that I love to take them. It has been fun. Now I need to finish my 365 book.

Day 360
It's that time of year again for John. Every year when he gets his two weeks off at Christmas he does a major cleaning...lol He started a little earlier this year but I guess he wanted to get it over with and enjoy the rest of his time off. He looks real safe on that ladder on top of the pool table...He has been doing this every year since I met him. Carry on....

Day 359
Santa came and everyone was happy. I guess he did well. I know he did for me because I got a new laptop. I've been wanting one so I can scrap and watch ustreams of scrapping. Daniel was thrilled with his guitar. I also got Daniel a flying helicopter and he couldn't wait to play with it. It's been awhile since he has gotten a toy....lol I couldn't resist. Tim got an Ipod and gift cards. John scored with a shop vac and some new tools he wanted. We had a very nice Christmas. I love spending time with Daniel.

Day 357
John and I went to see the Little Fockers. I really didn't like this one as much as the other ones. They had a few funny parts but I kind of gave it a thumbs down. Later we stopped by Bridget's to deliver her present. We exchange homemade albums every year. This album is so cute. I love it...thanks Bridget. We also had a big tray of cookies, muffins, etc. They were good. And a Christmas candle. I'm going to put pictures of my album on my scrappin blog. Go take a peek.

Day 345
We went to Opportunity Village to check out all the lights. I had read in the paper the Live Nativity was going to be at Opportunity Village this year so that's really why I wanted to go. After standing in line for an hour I found out the Live Nativity was at the other OP across town. Ugh... We scooted around the village then went to the other one. We were about an hour early but the place got packed. The bleachers were full and they started seating people in the walkway. I thought the bleacher might collapse. It was the last performance for the year so they tried to get everyone in. It is so beautiful to watch. The live animals were being pretty vocal.

Day 336
Those peanut butter cookies John has been wanting. I turned the Christmas music up loud plugged in the tree lights and went for it. Two of my favorite songs this time of year are John Tesh with Dalia singing "Mother I Miss You" and Harry Belafonte singing "Mary's Boy Child". Mother I Miss You makes me wish I could just laugh and talk to my mom again. It's a sad song but that's ok.
